A graduate of Westminster College of the Arts, Jonathan is a professional singer with a focus in opera, oratorio and art songs. Jonathan currently coaches with Mr. Elem Eley in Princeton, NJ. He has performed with some of the world's most renowned musicians in various classical formats such as opera, oratorio and art song recitals.
Jonathan has performed in some of North America's most celebrated concert venues such as The Metropolitan Opera House, Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall and The Riverside Church in Manhattan.
Mr. Scott has performed as a soloist or ensemble member with The Metropolitan Opera, Riverside Opera Company, Empire Opera Company, Amore Opera and Verismo Opera Companies.
As highlights in his career, Jonathan has studied or performed the roles of Ezio in Verdi's Attila, Don Giovanni in Mozart's Don Giovanni, Figaro in Rossini's Barber of Seville, Giorgio Germont in Verdi's La Traviata, Papageno in Von Winter's Das Labyrinth, which is a continuation to Mozart's Die Zauberflöte and as Marcello in La bohème. He also finished in 4th place in The Verismo Opera Company Vocal Competition in 2013.
Looking ahead, Jonathan is excited to announce that he has just signed on with Randsman Artists Management.
